* Due to the close nature of exam rooms & the continued prevalence of various COVID-19 variants, we do require clients to wear a mask during any in-hospital visit. We also ask that if any flu-like symptoms are being experienced by you or anyone that you've recently been in contact with, that you opt for a curbside drop-off instead of an in-hospital visit. Masks must be properly worn at all times, covering both the nose & mouth.
At this time, we will only be allowing one client in the building at a time except in cases authorized by hospital management. We will continue to offer both curbside drop-off visits, scheduled curbside visits, & expedited lobby transfers in addition to in-hospital visits on a limited basis, as availability allows. Thank you for your patience, understanding, & kindness throughout this pandemic.

Let the vet come to you. Whether it be for the sake of convenience, due to an aging pet's mobility challenges, or even for a humane euthanasia, we offer house calls in the comfort of your own home.
We also offer non-emergency pet taxi services to & from the hospital. We'll pick them up at your door, bring them to the hospital for their visit, then bring them right back home to you.
Both of these services are free for Concierge Members & available for a small fee to all clients.

Our Veterinarians have decades of experience & much of it was spent in emergency medicine. We offer many diagnostic tests on site - including x-rays, ultrasound, and labwork like routine blood and urine testing. Ibis Animal Hospital also has a full surgery suite where we can help your pet get back on their feet.
Emergency Care is available for clients during regular business hours. Please call ahead to confirm current availability. At times when care isn't immediately available, you may be referred to a facility that exclusively assists with emergencies.
